General News - (3/30/10) In a strange news story, it seems a local area student went missing last week, with the last reported communication from him was a message to his wife from his cell phone while atop Stone Mountain. His body was found the next morning at the base of the mountain where it’s believed that he may have gotten too close to the edge and slipped and fell.
(9/29/09) Check out this interesting article about a particular law in place in GA that allows for just about anyone to carry a loaded firearm on their person around most of Stone Mountain.
